THE RAW MATERIAL
SUSTAINABLE
Viscose is a fiber obtained from the renewable raw material wood. The raw material wood comes from sustainably managed and certified forestry operations from Austria. The forests used are systematically reforested. By using electricity from hydropower, the production is extremely environmentally friendly and CO² neutral.
PERSISTANT
The viscose fiber is spun into yarn with high twist. This results in the grainy feel, which also guarantees the durability and stability of the fabric and is responsible for a nice drape and feel.
CERTIFIED
The dyeing and finishing is done according to Ökotex Standard 100 in a traditional family business with a lot of care and very gently. Only the highest quality dyes are used. Other jersey producers dye much cheaper – our manufacturer invests in the best, much more expensive dyes.
MADE IN EUROPE
The entire production process – from the manufacture of the yarn to knitting, dyeing, finishing and making up – takes place in Central Europe. Short transport routes are just as important to us as sustainable, regional production.
THE CONFECTION
MADE IN AUSTRIA
We sew our Sustainable Premium Jersey – Viscose Stretch products exclusively in our manufactory in Dornbirn.
RELAX
The jersey is unrolled before cutting. This allows us to relax the fabric for at least 24 hours. This is very important because our jersey has a high stretch content. If one does not do this, the T-shirts would shrink again during sewing or after steaming.
HANDCRAFTED
To ensure the accuracy is cut in a few layers and by hand. Sewing is done on special sewing machines that are specially adjusted to this quality.
KNOW HOW
We have been working with this material for years and have the know-how and experience to process such a difficult, elastic material. Our seamstresses have the necessary dexterity and work with much love on this high-quality product.
